Nukeproof Mega LE

The Mega LE is a limited-edition enduro bike built around Nukeproof's proven Mega alloy frame, finished in Kraken Blue with yellow logos. It's a special one-time production run, so once this batch has gone there won't be any more.

The idea is simple: take the hydroformed 6061-T6 aluminium frame that has carried the Mega name since 2009 and fit a tough, no-nonsense build that's ready for proper enduro and all-mountain riding straight out of the box. A 170mm RockShox ZEB Base fork and Super Deluxe Base shock take care of the big hits, while Shimano Deore 4-piston brakes on 203mm rotors at both ends give you the stopping power to match.

Wheel size and travel are matched to frame size. Small, Medium and Large are built as an MX (mullet) bike with a 29" front and 27.5" rear and 165mm of rear travel, which keeps the bike nimble and easy to move around underneath you. XL and XXL run 29" at both ends with 160mm out back for maximum roll-over and stability. WTB ST i30 Tough rims with Schwalbe Magic Mary Trail tyres (Ultra Soft radial front, Soft rear) are a grippy, hard-wearing combination for typical UK mud, roots and rock.

Shimano Deore 12-speed gearing with a wide 10-51T range, an X-Fusion Manic dropper sized to the frame and a short 40mm stem with a Nukeproof Electron bar complete a build that's been put together for riding hard rather than for the spec sheet.
